Experience more at Rivermead

By: Chrissy Keepence | March 26th, 2019

It is said that we can’t be all things to all people. However, a beautiful property can gift many different experiences to many different individuals. With the investment of time, care and quality workmanship, Rivermead Estate has recently been reinvigorated into an experiential locale where magical moments are created every day.

From the energy and vigour of a polo tournament to a family weekend stay, quiet time with the beautiful horses or admiring the handmade wares of our local talent, Rivermead Estate offers it all and more.

Please join us as we take you for a tour.

On the outskirts of Rivermead Estate, as you draw near, you are welcomed by the Artisan Village displaying the finest local talent from within our region. It includes a farm to table restaurant, café, artist gallery and equine shopping outlet.

Upon entering the estate, you move along the tree-lined driveway, capturing the first glimpse of Rivermead House, with its sweeping verandahs and stunning outlook over the property.

To your right is the exceptional world-class equestrian facility, accommodating an exquisite selection of dressage and show horses. Over to your left, beyond a slight ledge, you’ll find the impeccable international polo field, and if you’re in luck, a friendly, yet spirited match might be underway.

With the homestead now in full view, let us first quickly show you the tranquil lake to your right, that flows gently into the Coomera River. Perfect to drift away in your very own rowboat, you may also choose to try your angling luck and drop a line in from the jetty, or enjoy a quiet waterfront yoga session.

Let’s now explore Rivermead House. With over three levels of spacious and refined living and stunning hinterland views from each room, this is your very own piece of paradise. From the welcoming entry to each of the six bedrooms, contemporary bathrooms, formal dining, relaxed lounge areas and outdoor space, the homestead is thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, exuding an understated plantation-style design.

Catering for large parties is effortless, with a number of dedicated foodservice areas allocated throughout the house, including two commercial-sized kitchens, an outdoor teppanyaki grill, wine cellar and cold room.

Also perfect for sporting and corporate events, is the wet bar and billiard room, media room, poolside area, day spa and sauna.

Whether you wish to relax and escape your busy life, entertain your favourite guests, enjoy a spa session or head outside for a game of tennis and a few laps in the pool, it is whatever you want it to be, and more.

Offering a tailored guest experience, imbued with traditional hospitality, your own moments of magic await at Rivermead Estate.
